Deirdre can often work in a short time frame; less than 6 sessions frequently brings great relief to someone. However, people sometimes wish to develop and practice new found skills that will enable them to stay “on track” with changes that they have embarked on. So they stay a bit longer, or sometimes they take a break and come back later in the year for a couple of “top up” sessions.
